These Terms govern your use of JomKal. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms.

What JomKal Does

JomKal provides AI-assisted calorie and macro estimates from meal photos, plus tools for reviewing and saving food logs. The service is intended for personal nutrition tracking.

No Medical Advice

JomKal is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or clinical advice. Nutrition estimates may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results and making your own health decisions. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary guidance.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.

Subscriptions and Credits

JomKal Pro includes 40 AI meal-analysis credits every 30 days. Unused credits do not roll over. Monthly and yearly subscription prices may vary by store, country, taxes, and promotions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant app store before renewal.

Refunds and Cancellations

App store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform where you purchased the subscription. We may not be able to issue direct refunds for app store purchases.

User Content

You keep ownership of meal photos and food log information you submit. You grant us permission to process that content to provide, maintain, secure, and improve JomKal.

Acceptable Use

You may not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content; attempt to bypass credit limits; interfere with the service; or use JomKal to build a competing model or service without permission.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of JomKal at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JomKal is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of JomKal after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
